La ministre Nandy SOME \/DIALLO en charge de la Solidarit\u00e9 nationale et du genre, le ministre en charge de la communication et de la culture, Jean Emmanuel OU\u00c9DRAOGO et celle en charge de la Transition digitale et de l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique, Dr Aminata ZERBO \/ SABANE l\u2019ont officiellement lanc\u00e9 ce lundi 1e mai 2023 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ENEP de Bobo-Dioulasso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/sncbf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/DSC_2660.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1811\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de cette comp\u00e9tition est de valoriser et faire la promotion des mets locaux burkinab\u00e8, mais aussi de permettre aux candidates de d\u00e9voiler leurs talents culinaires et leur esprit de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lancement fait suite \u00e0 une visite suivie d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de d\u00e9gustation des mets locaux en comp\u00e9tition pour la SNC 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/sncbf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/DSC_2696.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1812\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trois ministres ont d\u00e9gust\u00e9 des plats lourds, l\u00e9gers, le dessert et la boisson, toutes des cat\u00e9gories de mets locaux en comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sont au total 42 candidates venues des diff\u00e9rentes provinces du Burkina qui prennent part \u00e0 la finale de la comp\u00e9tition avec 48 mets locaux. Pour elle \u00ab La valorisation de la culture passe n\u00e9cessairement par la valorisation des mets locaux \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La responsable charg\u00e9e de l\u2019organisation en art culinaire, madame Bibata KOTE s\u2019est dit satisfaite de l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation des mets par les autorit\u00e9s.
